Shipping made straightforward

Orders are prepared with care and shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Standard processing usually takes 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. New releases, promotions and high-volume periods may require additional preparation time.

U.S. shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is available for a flat rate of $8.95. Qualifying U.S. merchandise orders of $150 or more receive free standard shipping after discounts and before taxes. Carrier delivery estimates begin after the parcel is accepted and are not guaranteed.

Tracking and address accuracy

A shipping confirmation containing tracking information is sent after your order leaves our facility. Check street numbers, apartment or suite details and postal codes carefully before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error; changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.

Delivery concerns

Carrier scans can occasionally update slowly. If tracking shows delivered but the parcel cannot be located, check the property, ask household members and allow one business day before contacting the carrier and our team at wholesale@shopalineboutique.com.
